President
Aparecido Alves de Souza
A resident of the Boa Vista community, in the Americana Settlement Project, rural area of Grão Mogol (MG). He works with agriculture and extractive activities in the Cerrado, and is an agroecological farmer. At Unicafes Nacional, he will continue to defend agroecology, as he believes it is necessary to incorporate this mode of production into cooperatives to improve management and marketing processes and generate sustainability for the system.

She resides in Cordilheira Alta (SC). She is the director of Unicafes Santa Catarina and an executive at the Cooperfamiliar Cooperative, and also the secretary of Women at Unicafes Nacional.

Marketing Secretary Sandro Souza da Silva
President of Unicafes of Rondônia and Secretary of Commercialization of Unicafes Nacional. He resides in the municipality of Ministro Andreazza, State of Rondônia, working in the area of family farming and cooperativism. He is a family farmer, involved in the production for consumption and commercialization of agricultural crops such as coffee, fruits and vegetables, and raising animals such as cattle, pigs, and poultry. He holds a Technical Degree in Agriculture from the Padre Ezequiel Ramin Family Agricultural School/EFA in Cacoal, Rondônia; a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rondônia/UNIR, Cacoal Campus; a Postgraduate Degree in Solidarity Cooperativism and Rural Credit from the State University of the Central-West of Paraná/UNICENTRO; and is currently studying Commercial Management at the Federal Institute of Rondônia/IFRO, North Zone Campus. Experience working with family farming organizations such as: the Trade Union Movement, where he has served as a Director of the Federation of Family Farming Workers of Rondônia – FETAGRO and in the Rural Workers' Union of the Municipality of Ministro Andreazza. In Cooperativism, he has been directly involved since the early 2000s as a member and/or director of cooperatives, mainly in the Credit, Agricultural and Labor sectors, and in cooperatives such as COOPERANDREAZZA, Sistema CRESOL, Sistema UNICAFES and COOPAAFES.

He resides in Matriz de Camaragibe (AL). He is a farmer, business administrator, holds a postgraduate degree in Agribusiness Management, and is the president of the Coopaq Cooperative.

He resides in Canoas (RS). His work has always been in dairy cooperatives. He currently serves as president of Unicafes RS.
