President of the Confederation
Fátima Torres
Family farmer and educator. She began her activities in the cooperative movement in 2004 at Coopapi, a single cooperative in the Sertão do Apodi region (RN), as a founding member and president. Following this, Unicafes RN was created in 2010, where she also served as president. In 2013, a central cooperative organization was established. From 2020 onwards, she dedicated herself to Unicafes Nacional, where she served as Secretary for Women and Treasurer.

Farmer settled through the Agrarian Reform. Member of the Grande Sertão Cooperative - Unicafes Minas Gerais. Has been involved in the cooperative movement for 21 years and has been with Unicafes since 2011.

She is a farmer. From Copasol - Unicafes Paraná. She has been involved in the cooperative movement for 9 years and has been with Unicafes since 2016.

André Roberto da Costa Mosselim
He is 48 years old and resides in São João/PR. A technician in Agriculture, he works in the field of ATER – Cenater. He is the financial director of Unicafes PR, superintendent of Fecafes/PR, and fiscal advisor for the Unicafes Association and Confederation. From 1998 to 2003, he was a member of ATER cooperatives, working in Agrarian Reform in RS; from 2004 to 2005 he worked at the Cresol Credit Cooperative in Chopinzinho/PR; from 2005 to the present, he has been associated with Cooperiguaçu – a work cooperative in the state of PR. He served as president for 3 terms and is currently the superintendent. He has worked in ATER for Social Inclusion, Family Farming and Agrarian Reform, organic production and agroecology, credit for family farming, the founding and organization of family farming cooperatives, among other related activities.

Valons de Jesus Mota
Agricultural technician. His work in the cooperative movement began in 1998 in Goiás, with the creation of 15 cooperatives, 14 of which were production cooperatives and one a service cooperative. In 2005, with the creation of Unicafes, he served as financial director and secretary. Through Unicafes Nacional, he participated in the Advisory Council of the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) and the Food Acquisition Program (PAA).

Family farmer, originally from Ibirubá, Rio Grande do Sul state. Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology – Dairy Products specialization from the State University of Rio Grande do Sul (UERGS) and Specialist in Cooperativism from UNISINOS. He was active for years in rural social movements. He worked as a consultant, between 2010 and 2014, through international organizations in the area of public policies for family farming. He has been active in the cooperative movement since the 1990s. Currently, he is the president of an agricultural cooperative in Rio Grande do Sul and secretary of UNICAFES/RS.

Family farmer. From Cooperacaju - Unicafes Bahia. Dedicated to sustainable development and strengthening the agricultural community in his region. His trajectory, from his first steps in the field to his leadership in cooperatives and agricultural organizations, demonstrates a remarkable commitment to the well-being of family farmers and the progress of their communities. He holds a degree in Agricultural Technology and Agronomic Engineering. His rise to the position of president of the Cooperacaju Network and subsequent election as president of Unicafes Bahia reflects not only his professional competence but also the recognition and trust of the cooperative farmers. He also seeks to empower men and women in the countryside through the fair marketing of their products.
