Unicafes was created on June 21, 2005, with the mission of strengthening solidarity-based cooperativism through representation and the provision of services, in order to achieve socioeconomic and sustainable development with productive inclusion and equity of gender, generation, race, and ethnicity. It has a presence in almost all of Brazil.
