Unicafes Brasil holds Extraordinary Assembly with national participation.

Unicafes Brasil held its Extraordinary Assembly, bringing together the Unicafes Association and the Unicafes Confederation in an important moment of institutional organization, evaluation, and transparency of the actions developed over the last period.
The meeting took place in a hybrid format, with the participation of the executive board in Brasília (DF) and the virtual presence of representatives from all regions of the country, ensuring broad participation from family farming and solidarity economy cooperatives.
The assembly was a crucial space for reporting on the activities carried out in 2025, reaffirming Unicafes Brasil's commitment to transparency, democratic management, and collective construction.
On the agenda of the Unicafes Confederation was the presentation of accounts from the administrative bodies, with the presentation of the management report from the Executive Board, in addition to the opinion of the Fiscal Council, strengthening the mechanisms for controlling and monitoring institutional actions.
During the assembly, a Working Group (WG) on energy transition was also established, with the objective of deepening studies and promoting debate on the strategic role of family farming in this process. The initiative seeks to build pathways for the inclusion of cooperatives in agendas of sustainability, innovation, and the generation of new opportunities, aligned with the challenges and perspectives of the energy transition in Brazil.
