Unicafes Brasil strengthens cooperatives in the More Management program.

Unicafes Brasil is participating in the National Meeting of the Mais Gestão Program, which begins this Monday, March 30th, and continues until April 1st, in São Paulo, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening family farming cooperatives and the solidarity economy throughout the country.

The meeting brings together representatives from cooperatives, technicians, public managers, and institutional partners in a strategic space for training, exchanging experiences, and collectively building solutions aimed at improving management in the cooperative sector.

The More Management Program aims to support the organizational and productive development of family farming cooperatives, promoting improvements in management, market access, and the sustainability of collective enterprises.

During the program, fundamental themes such as strategic planning, marketing, innovation, governance, and access to public policies are discussed, strengthening the capacity of cooperatives to generate income, expand opportunities, and consolidate their operations in the territories.

The participation of Unicafes Brasil reinforces the importance of national coordination to boost solidarity-based cooperatives, promoting productive inclusion, territorial development, and valuing the work of family farmers.
