Grassroots organizations will effectively improve their internal organization and organizational sustainability; grassroots organizations and their strategic public and private counterparts will provide integrated quality services to ensure improved market participation; and grassroots organizations will adapt, dialogue, and collaborate with other actors to achieve a more integrated global society.

Another project is the Ater Mais Gestão Program, executed by the Institute for Studies and Consulting for Development (Ceades), through an agreement signed with the National Agency for Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (Anater), in partnership with Unicafes Rondônia, based on decision-making support tools, aiming at improving the different functional areas of enterprises, especially those of business and commerce.

Unicafes Rondônia also implemented the Solidarity Cooperative Education Program (Pecsol), which aims to train and empower leaders and managers of Cooperatives in the areas of Management and Governance.
