Unicafes Sergipe was founded in December 2011 with the aim of uniting, promoting and strengthening organizations, cooperatives and associations of family farming and, later, transport associations and cooperatives.

Mission
To develop and represent the cooperative movement economically and socially in the State, strengthening and politically representing our associated cooperatives, as well as promoting local and regional development in the State of Sergipe.

Objective
The main objectives are to enable specialized actions and advisory services, establish partnerships and agreements with public and private entities, both national and international, in order to meet the needs of the members. Furthermore, it aims at the development and effective generation of work and income for families associated with the cooperative.

Representation
Currently, Unicafes Sergipe represents approximately 16 solidarity-based development cooperatives and is present in 16 municipalities throughout the state, from North to South, operating in different production and marketing sectors.
